Order Cancellation
Before Shipment:

- If the order is canceled before shipment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 – 14 business days.
After Shipment:
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. In such cases, you can follow our return and refund process.
Returns
Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 7 – 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Please check the product page for specific return policies.
Process:

- Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Refunds
Refund Method:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 – 14 business days.
Partial Refunds:
- Partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Shipping Costs:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges

Late or Missing Refunds
